Return Policy

What is the return and exchange policy?
  • Refund will be issued only if the item is damaged or defective.
  • Refund process will take 30 working days to proceed. We will notify you via e-mail once the payment is refunded to your account.
  • Processing fees may not be applicable for all transactions.
  • We only accept goods that is damaged, defective or incorrect. For incorrect goods it has to be sealed, unopened, or mint condition.
  • Contact our customer service for further assistance. Our personnel will be glad to assist you.
  • Return of goods are subjected at your own cost. Replacements and shipping of goods however, will be fully borne by us.
